Mirow ("we," "us," or "our") provides users with the ability to delete their accounts and associated data. This page explains the steps to delete your account and important information regarding the process.
Steps to Delete Your Account
- Go to https://mirow.app/clear-account-data
- Enter your password and email.
- Select the checkboxes for the account type(s) you want to remove: Pet Owner Account, Caregiver Account, or both.
- Click the Clear Account Data button.
The data removal process may take up to 30 days.
If you change your mind, you can log in to the mobile app within 30 days to revoke the deletion.
Periodic emails will be sent during this time to remind you.
Data Protection During Deletion
We ensure that your data is securely processed during the deletion period. If you revoke the deletion within 30 days, your data will remain intact.
