Mirow ("we," "us," or "our") provides transportation services as part of our offerings. This disclaimer outlines the terms and conditions related to the use of our transportation services. By using these services, you agree to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
1. Pet Restraint & Containment
All pets must be securely contained in a crate, carrier, or sealed enclosure appropriate for their size and species at all times during the ride.
Dogs must be crated or securely leashed and wear disposable diapers throughout the trip.
Cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, and other small mammals must be transported in locked carriers or crates and wear diapers when applicable.
Fish must be transported in sealed bags or closed tanks.
Turtles, reptiles, and amphibians must be kept in closed containers with adequate ventilation.
Birds must be in secured cages with covered bottoms to prevent mess.
Exotic pets (e.g., ferrets, sugar gliders, hedgehogs) must be safely enclosed in appropriate, escape-proof containers.
Livestock or larger animals (e.g., goats, pigs) may only be transported via trailer or large truck, must be in approved livestock crates, and require advance notice.
2. Vaccination Requirements
All pets must be up-to-date on core vaccinations, including anti-rabies, distemper, and other relevant immunizations.
Proof of vaccination may be requested prior to or during your scheduled trip.
3. Cleanliness & Hygiene
Pets must be clean and free of parasites before the ride.
Diapers or absorbent pads are required for all dogs and other pets likely to relieve themselves during the trip.
Any pet not properly secured or presenting health or hygiene concerns may result in ride cancellation at the discretion of the driver.
4. Owner Responsibility
Pet parents are fully responsible for the behavior, safety, and welfare of their pet during the ride.
Drivers have the right to cancel or refuse a booking if the pet is not appropriately restrained, is aggressive, or poses a hygiene or safety risk.
The owner is liable for any damages, injuries, or cleaning costs incurred due to their pet during transport.
5. Legal & Service Compliance
Mirow's Pet Transport Service operates in accordance with applicable animal safety, transport, and public health regulations.
Non-compliance with these rules may result in ride refusal, suspension of service privileges, or reporting to local authorities.
